Sulita Winston began her career in the structured settlement industry in March 2017 at Structures, LLC, where she built a strong foundation in settlement planning and administration. It was there that she learned the important role structured settlements play in supporting both plaintiffs and attorneys by providing stability, long-term financial security, and dependable outcomes after the successful resolution of a case.

Starting as an Administrative Assistant and growing into an Operations role, Sulita developed a deep appreciation for process, precision, and collaboration. With over 20 years of customer service experience, she understands that each case represents more than numbers and documents; it reflects meaningful legal work and important life transitions for the individuals and families involved.

At United Settlement Solutions, Sulita works closely with internal teams, attorneys, and advisors to ensure settlement structures are implemented accurately and efficiently from start to finish. She is known for her clear communication, strong organizational skills, and commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality service.

Sulita holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mercer University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, getting lost in a good book, and anything involving animals.
